    If you only have the gift card PIN, take a screenshot of the code and submit the picture.

    Accepted card types are listed on the APP homepage and website homepage.

  • How long does processing take?

    Processing time depends on the card. Most cards (e.g., Steam, Google, Apple, Amazon, Razer) are processed within 1-10 minutes.

  • How long does a withdrawal take to arrive?

    Funds typically reach your bank account within 10 minutes. If not received within 24 hours, contact customer support.
